Course Details 

This session will provide an overview of the risks of discrimination arising during recruitment from advertising a vacancy through to making adjustments at the interview stage to accommodate any disabilities. It will also cover the questions that can and cannot be asked at interview in relation to health, personal circumstances and family arrangements. 

It will provide a useful refresher to established HR professionals but will also be of interest to those new to recruiting staff and the associated legal obligations.
