Undiagnosed Brain Tumour (Loss of Sight) - Significant Settlement

After complaining of headaches, J’s mother took him to his GP several times. The GP misdiagnosed the headaches and simply recommended Calpol. With J’s eyesight failing, a scan showed a tumour on the brain. Although the tumour was benign its late diagnosis caused total blindness in one eye and 30% blindness in the other. Claim successfully settled for a seven figure sum.
