Andrew joined Nockolds in 2011 and is a Partner in our Commercial Property Team.
Before joining the firm, Andrew studied History at the University of Manchester followed by LPC at the College of Law in London. Andrew later qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and joined from a respected regional firm on the London/Essex border before joining Nockolds having previously worked in the City.
Andrew has a wealth of experience in commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of land for residential and commercial development, advising on conditional contracts, options and overage agreements, and acting for both Landlords and Tenants in the granting and assigning of commercial Leases and Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 Lease renewals.
Andrew has been recommended as a key lawyer in the 2017, 2019 and 2020 editions of the Legal 500.
