Hayley joined Nockolds in 2013 and is a Completions Manager in our Residential Property Team. Before joining the firm Hayley specialised in conveyancing for over seven years at a local law firm. Hayley is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) and is currently working towards the Chartered Legal Executive qualification.
Hayley has experience in dealing with all relevant aspects of conveyancing, including sales and purchases of both registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold properties, new-build purchases, re-mortgages, shared equity purchases and buy-to-lets.
Hayley takes care of your matter once exchange of contracts has taken place and knows exactly what is required to ensure the process goes smoothly, at what is thought to be one of the most stressful times in your life, and in particular the financial details of your move prior to completion.
Hayley also oversees the post-completion work that is required after completion has taken place, as whilst you are settling into your new home there is still lots of work to be carried out behind the scenes. This includes the submission and payment of your Stamp Duty Land Tax return and ensuring the property is correctly registered in your name at the Land Registry.
