All businesses with more than 250 employees will soon have to produce a public report on the average pay differences between male and female staff. This course provides an overview of the new obligations including what must be prepared and when as well as penalties for non compliance. 

The course will be of interest to HR professionals and employees involved in providing financial information that will form the basis of the calculations.
