A Possible Solution to Disputes Over Foreign Holidays?

When parents separate, there can be disputes over giving permission to the other parent for a foreign holiday with their children. A recent case has highlighted a possible, if rather extreme, solution. In that case, where there was a planned holiday to Turkey and there was a worry about the children being taken into Syria, the court supported the use of electronic tagging for the holiday.
