Disciplinary and doping proceedings:
Many sports disputes which arise over the application of the commercial, disciplinary or doping rules of various sporting bodies never enter the courts or tribunals.
We advise clubs or associations with regard to external and internal disciplinary matters. This includes providing representation in relation to charges for both on and off the field offences.
We can advise governing bodies in doping matters; i.e. failed doping tests and drafting regulations, taking into account the WADA rules.
