Terri Corti heads up the business and corporate team. She joined the firm from the City where she gained a wealth of experience in acting for enterprises of all sizes in all aspects of their business, from buying and selling companies and businesses to terms and conditions. She can also advise on brand issues, licensing and computer contracts, as she has a particular interest in intellectual property law.

Terri is also able to advise individual corporate officers on their duties and personal responsibilities.
