Ignacio Morillas-Paredes heads the International department.

Ignacio is a fully dual qualified Spanish lawyer and English solicitor. He qualified as a solicitor through the qualified lawyer transfer test.(QLTT).

Following qualification in Spain and working for a Spanish law firm, he moved to England in 1999 and has since been working in English law firms.

He does regular presentations in areas such as conveyancing, inheritance and litigation matters in Spain as well as to legal expenses insurance. He also contributes regularly to different publications with articles on matters concerning Spanish Law.

He represents British citizens' interests abroad. Cases range from accidents, property, probate and inheritance (wills) matters as well as litigation in personal injury, criminal proceedings and contractual matters.

He is a member of APIL, PEOPIL, and the Asociacion Española de Abogados de responsabilidad civil y seguros.

As well as Spanish and English, he also deals with Portuguese and Italian matters on a daily basis.
