Maria-Christina Peyman first joined Nockolds LLP as a Trainee Solicitor in 2002 and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2004. She graduated from Thames Valley University with a degree in law and Spanish language, and then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford.

Maria-Christina’s expertise is in all areas of private family law including:

• Divorce and resolving financial matters
• Disputes about children
• Family Breakdown (married or unmarried)
• Domestic Violence matters – injunctions
• Pre-nuptial agreements and Cohabitation agreements

She is a member of Resolution; an organisation seeking to promote mediation and conciliatory solutions to family law matters.

Maria-Christina is originally from Suffolk, and now resides in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. She attended the University of Oviedo in Northern Spain as part of her degree and is fluent in Spanish.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, Pilates, and playing golf.
