Katie Plahe joined the Firm in February 2007 as a Plot Sales Executive. She graduated from Wolverhampton University with a degree in Law, and then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham.

Katie has extensive experience in residential property and now works in a variety of commercial property matters. Her work includes the sale and purchase of leasehold properties, drafting leases, sale and purchase of residential freeholds etc.

She was born and raised in Birmingham, and relocated permanently to Hertfordshire upon joining the Firm.

In her spare time Katie visits the gym regularly, and socialises. She also enjoys travelling and has visited a number of countries in recent years and benefited greatly from learning about different cultures and traditions.
