Client Care and Compliance Manager

Role in the firm - Jayne deals with all aspects of client care including monitoring client procedures, recommending and implementing improvements as to client care.

Jayne was responsible for the attainment of the Lexcel quality mark which the firm was awarded in 2003. Firms that have achieved the prestigious quality mark have demonstrated their commitment to client care and are authorised to use the Lexcel logo.

Jayne also manages the LSC franchise and is heavily involved in the audit process for both quality marks.

Qualifications

• English Literature BA(Hons) Anglia University
• Member of the Institute of Legal Executives
