Gary is also able to help you on the effect of TUPE on company mergers and acquisitions.

Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures,
Equal Opportunities Policies and
Compromise Agreements.
Gary is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Hertfordshire Law Society Council. Gary has previously acted as Chairman of the Hertfordshire Junior Lawyers Division.
