Clive Wadham-Smith joined the firm in October 2006, having qualified as a solicitor in 1978. He graduated from London University with a degree in law, and then completed the Law Society finals at the College of Law. He has now accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in company/commercial law and commercial property.

Clive was born in North London, but moved to the south coast and has lived in Bury St Edmunds since 1990.

His expertise is in general commercial work, with particular emphasis on company work that involves an element of commercial property. Clive is listed in the Legal 500 for his expertise in waste management issues. Clive also acts as an in house adviser to a substantial business in the aviation industry and also to a Development Trust.

Clive is a member of the Institute of Directors and dedicates much of his free time to his local community and actively participates in the Community Council and village hall management. He is a keen aviator, and until recently held a private pilots licence. Clive also enjoys sailing and participating in sports such as squash and tennis.
