The Liquor and Gaming Licensing Team is led by Nicholas Belcher, Nockolds LLP' Senior Partner, who has specialised in this field of work for 30 years. Nicholas joined Nockolds LLP in 1968. He was appointed Senior Partner in 2001. Since 1980, Nicholas has also been a Notary Public, allowing him to notarise documents for international trade and working for many local and international companies. A former President of the Hertfordshire Law Society, Nicholas now sits on its Council, directing the Continuing Education Programme.
