Lynn Cowley heads the Family team, International team and Personal Injury team.

Lynn graduated from York University in English and Politics. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 whilst working with Hertfordshire County Council, and gained a postgraduate diploma in Local Government Law and Practice. She joined Nockolds in 1990 and became a Partner in 1997.

Lynn works on a variety of contentious matters for business clients, including County and High Court litigation, and judicial review applications. The rest of her practice is in high value financial cases for family clients. She is an accredited specialist of Resolution in three named areas, high value ancillary relief, cohabitation and pension problems. She is also a trained collaborative lawyer.

In 2005 she set up the firms international department, currently led by Alfonso Valero.

She is a member of Resolution and the British Spanish Law Association.

Lynn speaks fluent Spanish. She is fascinated by Spanish, culture and heritage and in her spare time enjoys music. She is currently a Trustee for Cantate Youth Choir.
