Jo is originally from a small village in Leicestershire but has lived in Bishop's Stortford for the past 21 years. She has a joint honours degree in French and German as a result of which she lived in both France and Germany for a short time, and subsequently completed the Institute of Legal Executives course whilst raising her family.
