Client Care and Compliance Manager

Jayne deals with all aspects of client care and ensures that the firm is compliant with legal requirements and professional rules. She is responsible for implementing appropriate documented quality systems and is happy to deal with enquiries from the public on any aspect of the firm's procedures or client care.

Jayne was instrumental in attaining the Lexcel Quality Mark for the firm in 2003. Firms that have achieved this prestigious award have demonstrated their commitment to client care and good practice management, and are assessed annually to ensure that excellent standards are maintained.

Recently, Jayne was responsible for guiding the firm through the Investors in People accreditation process. The firm achieved the Bronze Investors in People award on the first attempt, and remain committed to continuously improving the business for both clients and staff.
