As a member of the Law Society’s Family Panel, Francesca is well informed on all current legislation relating to family issues.
With three years experience as a qualified solicitor, Francesca has built up significant expertise in dealing with the complexities of divorce and finances for clients who may have been victims of domestic violence, registered disabled or suffer from mental illness.
Originally a Law and Sociology graduate at Warwick, Francesca was inspired to make a difference and completed her Legal Practitioners Certificate at the College of Law in 2005.
During her training contract Francesca was a Director for a Women’s Refuge in London, providing support and mentoring to women who had been victims of domestic violence.
Francesca has written articles for the local paper in Bishop's Stortford and the Grandparents Association, as well as holding seminars for Women’s Institute on grandparent's rights for contact after a divorce or separation.
