Profile Overview

Fiona Onasanya is a integral member of the Commercial Property team, within the Plot Sales Division.

Having joined the firm in September 2010, Fiona specialises in the following areas:

  • Sale and leaseback arrangements for show homes/sales offices
  • Rental guarantee agreements for investor purchasers
  • Operation of various sales incentive schemes

Having studied at the University of Hertfordshire, Fiona then undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guilford in September 2006.

Fiona runs her own consultancy in her free time coaching individuals and businesses. In addition she is a fitness instructor and teacher of her local Sunday school.

The Commercial Property team support all businesses associated with Commercial Property from developers to national companies including supermarket and fast food chains in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold business premises.

With a dedicated Plot Sales Team, Commercial Property are able to manage all the necessary legal services in acquisition of development sites, and acting for clients exclusively in their subsequent plot sales.

Nockolds Solicitors has a strong Commercial Division expertly placed to support businesses on any legal matter that may arise throughout a business’ lifecycle. With professionals who can advise in Commercial Property, Company Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Employment and International. The focus of the Teams is to work closely with clients on preventative steps avoiding the need for costly legal action. In the instance that legal action is required we aim to resolve legal matters quickly and efficiently for the benefit of the client.
