Bilyana Zilic-Munic joined the firm in November 2006. She attended law school in Zagreb and completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. Bilyana qualified as a solicitor in 2003 having completed her training at Lester Aldridge.
Bilyana's expertise is in general commercial property with a particular interest in property development. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial property matters including:
Bilyana is acting for a developer specialising in sustainable developments and construction of low carbon housing. Bilyana has been advising on a current development of 77 family homes which will initially be used by participants in sailing event at Portland at 2012.
Bilyana was born and raised in Zagreb, Croatia. She lived in Dorset for a period of time before moving to Hertfordshire prior to joining the Firm.
In respect of her interests, Bilyana enjoys spending time with her family. She is also a keen fitness enthusiast and particularly enjoys Pilates and running.
Women in Business (WIB) is a professional women’s membership group set up to empower business women and enable networking and promotion of their businesses in the Bishop's Stortford and Harlow areas.
