Profile Overview

Andrew Fernandes, Solicitor in Commercial Property, joined Nockolds from a respected regional firm on the London/Essex border in August 2011.

Having qualified in December 2001, Andrew has a wealth of experience in commercial property transactions including:

  • The acquisition and disposal of land for residential and commercial development;
  • Advising on conditional contracts, options and overage agreements;
  • Acting for both Landlords and Tenants in the granting and assigning of commercial Leases and Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 Lease renewals.

Andrew studied History at the University of Manchester followed by LPC at the College of Law in London.

Having lived in Central London, Andrew has now returned to Essex, where he was brought up.

In his spare time Andrew enjoys playing tennis, running and walking in the Peak District and cooking the odd curry.

Otherwise his spare time is taken up by his new baby daughter.
