Alison Hare is an integral member of the Commercial Property team, as well as having her own case load she assists the other senior solicitors in the Team.
Joining the firm in August 2010, Alison specialises in the following aspects of Commercial Property:
Alison qualified in September 2007 and now has a wealth of experience with both Commercial and Residential Property matters, she has also gained experience within the areas of Planning and Local Government, Probate and Family.
Having studied law at Aberystwyth, Alison worked in local government for a few years before commencing her legal practice course at Nottingham Law School and training contract with a firm in Braintree.
Alison is an active member of Bishop’s Stortford Musical Theatre Company and Saffron Walden Choral Society in her spare time.
The Commercial Property team support all businesses associated with Commercial Property from developers to national companies including supermarkets and fast food chains in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold business premises.
With a dedicated Plot Sales Team, Commercial Property are able to manage all the necessary legal services in acquisition of development sites, and acting for clients exclusively in their subsequent plot sales.
